Post-Construction Exterior Cleaning for New Builds
A newly built or renovated home looks finished from a distance, but up close the exterior usually carries the marks of the work: construction dust, stucco and mortar splatter, paint overspray, adhesive, silicone smears, and grime on every surface. Post-construction exterior cleaning is what turns a finished build into a genuinely clean one, and it is more involved than a standard wash.

What construction leaves behind
Building and renovating are messy, and the exterior collects it all: fine dust that coats siding and windows, stucco and mortar splatter that hardens on surfaces, paint overspray, silicone and adhesive residue, labels and protective film on windows and fixtures, and general grime and footprints. None of it is ordinary weathering, so none of it comes off with an ordinary wash.
Much of this residue is bonded or hardened, which is why post-construction cleaning is a residue-removal job as much as a wash.
A surface-by-surface job
Each surface needs its own approach: windows get careful residue and film removal without scratching the glass, siding and stucco are soft washed to lift dust and splatter without damage, and hard surfaces like driveways and walkways are pressure washed to remove ground-in grime and any spilled materials. Fixtures, frames and details are cleaned individually.
It is detailed work, since the goal is to hand the home over looking genuinely new, not just rinsed. Rushing it risks scratching glass or leaving bonded residue behind.

Who needs it and how it is quoted
Post-construction cleaning suits new-home builders, renovation projects, and homeowners taking possession of a new build who want the exterior right from day one. Doing it once, thoroughly, at handover sets the home up clean, after which normal periodic cleaning keeps it that way.
Because the amount of residue varies enormously with how the build was left, it is quoted after a look at the state of things. Photos of the exterior and windows give a realistic estimate.
