Winter and early spring
The wet, quiet months are a good time for the cleaning that protects the home through winter and does not need dry weather: roof soft washing and gutter checks matter most here, since the system is under the heaviest load. It is also the easy-to-book off-season. Early spring is when the winter's grime becomes visible and planning the spring refresh begins.

Spring and summer
